Terms and Conditions:
* I am 18 years of age or older and have read, understood and agreed to the terms below
* I agree not to have more animals requiring foster care, in my care at any one time, than I can singularly manage and I agree to maintain and house the pet in suitable conditions
* I will make myself available to take my foster cat/ kitten to any vet appointments as needed (to a vet nominated by Cat Rescue Gold Coast)
* During this foster period if the animal becomes unwell you MUST contact Cat Rescue Gold Coast so we can arrange medical treatment/ if this process is not followed you will be liable for all related costs and any reimbursement will be null and void
* I will follow any veterinary instructions or medication or treatments as directed for the animal in care
* I will not allow the foster animal/s to leave the premises unless as specified in the written foster agreement
* I will ensure that the animal/s leaving the premises are in an approved crate and understand that at no time can my cat/kitten be free to walk around a yard that is not secure.
* I will return the animals under foster care to Cat Rescue Gold Coast within the specified time set in the written foster care agreement
* I acknowledge that the animal is the property of Cat Rescue Gold Coast, and will return the foster cat/kitten if requested to do so
* Cat Rescue Gold Coast will not be responsible for ANY disease, damages, loss, expenses or injury to your home, your other pets, yourself, your family or any visitors to your home.
* I understand that some cats and kittens may be arriving from unknown situations and therefore they may not have had any vet treatment, vaccinations or desexing before coming into my care
* I understand that during the fostering period I am responsible for all my foster cat / kittens needs including but not limited to food both wet and dry, litter, bowls, trays, bedding , flea and worm treatments as needed.
* I understand that my foster cat / kittens adoption will not be finalised until desexing has been completed and the adoption fee has been finalised. Until then my foster cat / kittens remains the property of Cat Rescue Gold Coast Inc.
* I understand that all vet certificates and paperwork MUST remain in the name nominated by Cat Rescue Gold Coast Inc for my foster cat / kitten. I must not change any details (date of birth, name, breed) on any future vet visits until AFTER my foster has been desexed and paid for in full.
I have read this Agreement in its entirety, and I agree that all statements contained in this document are made by myself and are correct and truthful. I voluntarily enter into this agreement to provide temporary care and custody and necessary sustenance as a foster caregiver to a cat or kitten in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement:
